Allergens
If you have an allergy to milk, eggs, fish, Crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, or soybeans, you should not use products containing any of these allergens.

Iron-containing supplements
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep iron-containing products out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
Never take them with milk or dairy products. You should also avoid taking them together with black or green tea because these can bind the iron and thus impair its absorption. Orange juice can increase iron absorption because of the contained vitamin C.

Products that contain trans-resveratrol should only be taken together with other medication under medical supervision.

Vitamin K
Products containing vitamin K, may be contraindicated with Coumadin (Warfarin). If you are taking blood thinning medication, consult your health care provider before taking any of these products.
Griffonia-/5-hydroxytryptophan-containing supplements
Do not use concurrently with antidepressants. Not to be taken by pregnant or nursing women.
Supplements containing high doses of magnesium: Warning: High doses of magnesium can lead to diarrhoea. When taking higher amounts, it is recommended that these are distributed over the course of the day. Magnesium can disrupt the absorption of iron. An interval of 2–3 hours is recommended if an iron preparation is being taken concomitantly.
